What is Lived Perspectives
Lived Perspectives is a Film Festival dedicated to showcasing short films by filmmakers from under-represented communities with themed screenings held throughout the year.

Previous screenings
We started screening short films by disabled and neurodivergent filmmakers in 2023. In 2025 we also developed a partnership with the Persian Cultural Centre in Southampton to screen films by independent Iranian filmmakers.

A series of events in partnership with the Southampton Persian Cultural Centre screening short films by independent Iranian filmmakers.
